The results of the latest SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) evaluation once again highlight two scientific journals from Lusófona University in the field of media arts. The International Journal of Film and Media Arts (IJFMA) maintains its Q2 ranking in the Visual Arts category, confirming the consistency of its trajectory over recent years. The new indicators also reveal an increase in the journal’s impact and citation numbers.

Meanwhile, the International Journal on Stereo and Immersive Media (IJSIM) has moved into Q3 in the Visual Arts category, marking a significant step forward for the journal dedicated to immersive media and emerging technologies applied to the arts.

These results reinforce the international presence of the research produced and published at Lusófona, reflecting the continuous work of the editorial teams, researchers, and authors who regularly collaborate with both publications.
