Registration for the FilmEU_RIT Summit in Tallinn is now open!

The third FilmEU_RIT Summit is taking place at Tallinn University, Estonia, from April 25th to 26th. The event is hosted by the Baltic Film, Media and Arts School (BFM), and is preceded by the RIT Summit Baltic NeuroCine Conference, from April 23rd to 24th, organised by the Artistic Research and Cognitive Film Studies pilot project.

Attendees are welcome to participate in the full four-day program, or opt only for the Summit days - whichever best fits your interests and schedule.

Pre-Summit Day: April 24th, Wednesday

Social event:

  • 17:00-19:30 Film screening and QA with a filmmaker + snacks and drinks

April 25th, Thursday - Summit Day 1 (Auditorium Maximum A-002)

  • 9:30-10:00 Welcoming coffee and registration
  • 10:00-10:20 Opening of the Summit
  • 10:20-11:20 Pilot presentation
  • 11:20-12:20 Pilot presentation
  • 12:20-13:30 Standing lunch
  • 13:30-14:30 Pilot presentation
  • 14:30-15:30 Pilot presentation
  • 15:30-16:30 Pilot presentation
  • 16:30-17:00 Conclusion of the day

Social event:

  • 19:00 – Snacks and drinks in the Estonian Film Museum

April 26th, Friday - Summit Day 2 (Auditorium Maximum A-002)

  • 11:00-12:00 Doctoral student presentations

WP and project meetings

On April 24th, there is also an opportunity to hold different work package and project meetings, scheduled between 14:00 and 17:00. If you wish to arrange a meeting during this time, or prefer a different time or day, let us know. Send the details of your planned meeting to teisi.ligi@filmeu.eu, including the date and time, which project or WP it is related to, the expected number of participants, and the contact information of the person in charge. We can then arrange a suitable meeting room for your team.
