A standout moment came with Négar Motevalymeidanshah, who won the Premio Speciale della Giuria (Special Jury Award) for Less than 5GR of saffron — a moving VR experience on migration, memory, and resilience.
The works showcased RE:Anima’s creative range:
- Sense of Nowhere — Hsin-Hsuan Yeh explores the journey from disconnection to presence.
- The Big Cube — Menghui Huang questions conformity through minimalist VR storytelling.
- Less than 5GR of saffron — Négar Motevalymeidanshah, awarded Special Jury Prize, reflects on displacement and remembrance.
