These tools provide access to public data about content and accounts, enabling a wide variety of research applications—from trend and marketing analysis to literacy and trust studies. Our research experts will explain the application process for data access and demonstrate the tool's key functionalities.
Whether you're just getting started or seeking to deepen your expertise, this session will offer:
- Practical insights into the tools' capabilities
- Real-world use cases and applications
- Step-by-step guidance on getting started
- Interactive Q&A with research experts
This workshop will also offer attendees an opportunity to learn from and ask presenters about their journeys from traditional academic research roles to working in tech and industry.
Please note that, to protect the privacy of the case study research used in the workshop, we ask that no recordings or photographs be taken by attendees in the room or by those joining remotely.
