Vitalij is member of the FilmEU project management office at Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre.
Having earned his Bachelor's degree in German Philology and later completing a Master's program in Translation and Interpretation Studies at Vilnius University, his career path has mostly been related to the area of higher education. Over thirteen years, he was part of the Lithuanian Erasmus National Agency, actively engaged in the administration and coordination of the Erasmus student and staff exchange programme. Subsequently, he contributed to the ATHENA European University Alliance at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University for two years, playing an integral role within their communication and management teams.
