Martin Čuvaj

Martin Čuvaj is a graduate of the Department of Sound Composition at the Film and Television Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts (2009). In 2012 he successfully defended his dissertation thesis on Music Recording in Real Spaces.
In the professional field he has already cooperated with institutions such as Radio and Television of Slovakia, ALEF FILM & MEDIA, Orange Slovakia.
In 2012 he became the Vice Dean for Studies at the Film and Television Faculty and at the same time an internal lecturer at the Department of Sound Composition. He specializes in teaching acoustics, sound design and music direction, with a focus on classical music. Since 2015 till 2021 he was the Vice-Rector for Education. He participated in the comprehensive restructuring of study programmes and in the preparation and implementation of education quality systems.
