Hind Kammourieh is a Programme Manager at Universidade Lusófona and a member of the FilmEU Project Management Office, where she supports the implementation of European-funded initiatives in higher education, innovation and international collaboration.

She coordinates the implementation of Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's programmes, contributes to the FilmEU European University Alliance, and serves as Project Manager for C-Accelerate Plus, an initiative funded under the European Institute of Innovation and Technology's Higher Education Initiative (EIT HEI). Her work focuses on programme implementation, consortium coordination, stakeholder engagement, grant management and strategic planning across multinational partnerships.

Prior to joining Universidade Lusófona, Hind served as a UNV Communication Associate with UNICEF Lebanon during the COVID-19 pandemic and the aftermath of the Beirut Port explosion, contributing to strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and advocacy initiatives supporting youth and humanitarian response.

Originally trained as a film producer, Hind brings over a decade of experience spanning the creative industries, the United Nations system and European higher education. She holds a Master's degree in Film Production from Kino Eyes – The European Film Masters and is passionate about building international partnerships and implementing programmes that create lasting social impact.
