Project Management Office (PMO)

Project Management Office (PMO) is a unified structure integrating staff from each partner. Its role is to manage the project as a whole, support the Management Board by orchestrating and facilitating the project work, and liaise closely and regularly with every partner. The staff are involved in the routine management, progress monitoring, partner liaison, and technology and content oversight. The executive team is composed of one representative from the coordinator institution, one developer, one designer and one representative from each partner organization.
