In her teaching career, which spans over ten years, Kay has taught History of Art, Literature, Film Studies, Drama and English language to high school and university students. She has worked for educational institutions in England, Vietnam, Qatar and Poland. Her experience has ranged from delivering engaging classes as well as workshops, designing innovative materials, mentoring students and newly qualified teachers. Moreover, her lesson delivery is based on a pedagogical philosophy of taking a hands-on and creative approach to teaching and creating a learning environment that is characterized by empathy, mutual support and, above all, an inclusion of all students. In addition, Kay is always keen on taking on enriching projects such as developing new teaching programs, which was reflected, for instance, in her involvement with the Warsaw Film School where she introduced and developed a History of Art course for international undergraduate students.
