Jacopo Wassermann was born in Italy in 1989.
He took his bachelor’s degree in Arts, Music and Spectacle at the University of Turin. He earned a master’s degree in Film Studies at Universidade Lusófona, where he teaches Visual Culture since 2018. He’s currently working on his PhD in Media Arts at the same institution. His thesis project is dedicated to science films.
He has worked in film production since 2016, acting as production and director’s assistant in short and feature films (The Man Who Killed Don Quixote, Frankie, among others).
