Katrin Saks

Katrin Saks is the Vice-Rector for Development at Tallinn University. She has been the director of Baltic Film, Media and Arts School (2011-2020), lecturer and project manager of MIL project. 2006-2009 Katrin Saks was the Member of the European Parliament; 2003-2006 Member of the Estonian Parliament and Member of the Council of Public Broadcasting Company; 1999-2002 Member of Estonian Government, Minister of Population. 1993-1997 she was Member of the Board of Estonian Television, 1977-1998 a journalist. She graduated from Tartu University, where studied journalism (MA) and diplomacy in the Estonian School of Diplomacy.
